Delete your Mannered Pup account

You can request deletion inside the app under Explore → Settings → Your data → Request account deletion, or submit the request by email below.

What happens next

1. Send the request from the email address used for your account.
2. Mannered Pup may reply to verify that you control the account.
3. After verification, the account and associated cloud data will be deleted within 30 days.

Data included in deletion

Deletion covers the account, cloud dog profiles, training journals, messages, appointment and consultation records, deletion requests, and cloud photos or videos associated with the account. Limited records may be retained only when required by law or necessary to resolve security, fraud, payment, or legal disputes.

Information stored on your device

Mannered Pup cannot remotely erase information stored only on your phone. Clear the app’s storage in your device settings or uninstall Mannered Pup to remove local-only information after requesting cloud deletion.
